Clients come for a wide variety of reasons from getting ready for a holiday through to preparation for a competition – no matter what your reason for coming – we will be able to help.
You can expect to lose anything up to a STONE in 6 days although our average weight loss for 6 days is around 6-8lbs whereas for our 3 day programmes it is around 3-4lbs.
We enjoy exercising in the wonderful countryside that England has to offer, you will experience a mixture of outdoor and indoor training which may include Long Hikes, Jogging or Running depending on your ability plus Interval Training, Tabata, Kettlebells, TRX, Group Games, Zumba, Kick Boxing/Boxing, Body Attack (Aerobics), Body Conditioning, Circuit Training then also some more relaxing sessions such as Pilates and Yoga to name just a few.
