Khloe Kardashian is one celebrity that (apparently) hasn’t resorted to fad diets and weird weight loss tools to create an amazing and healthy body.
She has spent over a year getting into fitness and learning how to shape her body. She took it slowly to start with and now works out 4-5 times a week. And the results are amazing.
She was know as the “fat Kardashian” and turned to working out to help her deal with the breakdown of her relationship with Lamar Odom.
Now she is healthily fitness obsessed “Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realise at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was.”
That’s the key to fitness. Awareness then making a start and establishing a healthy lifestyle that’s not just about training but eating healthily, sleeping well, relaxation, stretching and a healthy happy mindset.
